Obituary for Agata Losignore (Lasagna)
With sadness, we announce the passing of Agata at the age of 102. Predeceased by her beloved husband Cosimo, she leaves behind her children Rosa (Antonio Medieros, predeceased) and Rossi (Patsy). Proud nonna of Michael (Ayesha), Tony (Marta), Justin, Holly (Ryan), and Shane and great-grandmother to Lexie, Levi, Audra, Peter, Julia and Wyatt.
Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Friday, August 7, 2020 from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. Please note, that due to COVID-19 Pandemic restrictions and social distancing requirements, for the visitation, the funeral home must conform to 30% occupancy capacity. Visitors may need to wait to enter the funeral home in order to maintain the capacity requirement. Face masks are mandatory and contact tracing information will be collected upon entering the building.
A Funeral Mass will follow at St. Francis of Assisi Church (72 Mansfield Ave. – Grace St., south of College St.) at 12:00 p.m. Please note, that the capacity of St. Francis of Assisi Church is 70 people and you are required to wear face masks.
A private entombment will take place at Prospect Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Agata may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
