Aida Rosati

February 9, 1936 – July 5, 2022

With sadness, we announce the passing of Aida on July 5, 2022, at the age of 86.  Reunited with her late husband Mario (March 22, 2020).   Aida leaves behind her beloved children; Nancy,  Antonette (Scott Buchanan) and John (Linda).   Proud Nonna of Cassandra, Jessica, Sophia, and Isabella. Predeceased by her brother Michele (Felicetta) and sister Emma (Marcello).  Survived by her sisters Rosaria (Antonio, predeceased) and Lidia (Tommasi) and her brothers Nicola (Antonietta), Antonio (Giuseppina) and Adamo (Melinda).  A cherished Zia, she will be missed by her many nieces, nephews and their families.

Visitations will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Friday, July 8, 2022 from 2-4, 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Norbert’s Church (100 Regent Rd. – Ancaster Rd., north of Wilson Ave.) on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. Entombment will follow at Beechwood Cemetery (7241 Jane St., north of Steeles Ave.).

In memory of Aida, donations may be made to the Sick Kids Hospital Foundation.
