Alfredo Giuseppe Bastone

1932-2022

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Alfredo, peacefully on August 19, 2022.  He leaves behind his beloved wife, Teresa. Cherished father of Rose (Biagio Galle), Gina Bastone and Cristina (Paul Correia). Proud Nonno of Daniel (Marino), Vanessa (Victor), Maia, Helena, and Adriano. Bisnonno to Marcus and Adam Ribeiro. Alfredo will be missed by his sister Yolanda Nardi of Vancouver. He will be forever remembered by his many family members and friends.

Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Monday, August 29, 2022 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated from St. Charles Borromeo Church (811 Lawrence Ave. W, at Dufferin St.) on Tuesday, August 30, at 10:00 a.m. Entombment will follow at Westminster Cemetery (5830 Bathurst St., north of Finch Ave. W).

In memory of Alfredo donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
