Alzira Soares da Cunha Nunes

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Alzira, peacefully on August 17, 2022.  Alzira has now reunited with her parents and siblings. Cherished mother of Helena and proud Avo of Alessia and Anthony. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. 

Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Sunday, August 21, 2022, from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated St. John Bosco Church (402 Westmount Ave., at Rogers. Rd..) on Monday, August 22, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment will follow at Prospect Cemetery (1450 St. Clair Ave. W., east of Caledonia Rd.).

In memory of Alzira, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Ontario.
