Antonino (Antonio) Principe
With sadness, we announce the passing of Antonino on December 8, 2020 at the age or 95. Predeceased by his beloved wife Domenica (January 6, 2017), he leaves behind his daughters Maria (Joe Martino) and Antonietta. Proud nonno of Matthew, Jessica, Stephanie and Alexander. Dear brother to Angelo Principe, he will be missed by his nieces and nephews and their families.
Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Friday, December 11, 2020 from 6-9 p.m. As the City of Toronto has moved into the more restricted ‘lockdown’ category during this pandemic, guests will now need to now schedule and reserve their time to attended visitations. Available on the Bernardo Funeral Home website (www.bernardofh.com) you can reserve for yourself and family time during the visitation (please click on the blue button below). Face masks are mandatory and contact tracing information will be collected upon entering the building.
A private funeral service will take place on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are welcome to participate online via Zoom:

Following the service, Antonino will be laid to rest with his spouse at Glendale Memorial Gardens. Due to the limited number of people allowed to be in attendance, only the immediate family members will attend the services in the funeral home and at the cemetery.
In memory of Antonino, donations may be made to the Heart & Stoke Foundation.
