COSMO LARATTA
It is with deep sorrow and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Cosmo on May 25, 2021 at the age of 88. Cosmo passed peacefully in the loving presence of his family. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 64 years, Angela, and his much loved sons Franklin & Joseph. An avid reader, gardener and craftsman, Cosmo was a hardworking, gentle, kind and generous man who dedicated his life to his family. He will be sadly missed and forever loved and remembered by his family, surviving sister Franca Chiarella, his many friends, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, and their families. His legacy of courage, determination, loyalty and dedication will live on through his sons.
The family wishes to extend special heartfelt thanks to Dr. John J Zasowski and his family for the love and support provided throughout his care, to Nataliya Zhukova for her kindness, care and dedication throughout his nursing and to Cathy Monaco for her loving assistance and support during this difficult time.
Family and friends are welcome to attend visitation on Sunday, May 30, 2021 from 2-9 p.m. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, visitations are limited to a specified number of attendees. Visitors are asked to arrive on time or to remain in their vehicles until their allotted time and are required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.

Following the Mass, Cosmo will be laid to rest at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
