With sadness we announce the passing of Domingo on March 3, 2023. Survived by his beloved wife Maura and cherished daughter Christine. Brother to Elenita Balmeo (Philippines), Olivia Vasallo (Canada), Rizalino De La Cruz (Philippines) and Nelson De La Cruz (New Zealand.). Beloved Uncle to many nieces and nephews in Canada and abroad.
