It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Fortunata on May 5, 2022 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of Onofrio. Cherished mother of Maria (Dominic), Pasquale (Dina) and Ralph. Proud nonna of David (Wendy), Deanna (Gary), Elena (Michael), Daniel, Michael and Andrew. Caring bisnonna of Milos, Valentina and Autumn. Loving sister of Caterina, Rosario (Rosa) and Maria (Raffaele). She is reunited in heaven with her siblings; Giovanna, Domenico, Isabella, Antonina, and Onofrio.

Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Sunday, May 8, 2022 from 4-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Thomas Aquinas Church (640 Glenholme Ave. at Eglinton Ave. W.) on Monday, May 9, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment will follow at Prospect Cemetery (1450 St. Clair Ave. W. east of Caledonia Road).
