Franco Sestito 

September 8, 1944 - July 4, 2022

Franco Sestito was born on September 8, 1944 in Chiaravalle Centrale, Cantanzaro, Italy and passed away on July 4, 2022 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the age of 77 years. 

Franco is reunited in heaven with his parents Angela Paonessa Sestito and Vito Sestito, his sister Maria Rotiroti, and brothers Anthonio and Nicola Sestito.

He is the beloved husband of Natalina Sestito for 51 years. Loving father of Maria Maida (Sandro) and Vito Sestito (Margaret). Beloved grandfather of Valentina, Francesco, Frank, and Aveline. Cherished brother to Isabella Corrado and Giuseppe Sestito. He will be dearly missed by his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, and his many nieces and nephews.  

He will always be remembered for his kindness, devotion, work ethic, and loyalty to his family and friends. 

Family and friends may visit at the Bernardo Funeral Home, 2960 Dufferin St. on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from 3-8 pm. 

The Funeral Mass will be on Thursday, June 7, 2022 at 9:30 am at St. Jane Frances Church, 2747 Jane St.

Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery, 5830 Bathurst St.
