Giovanna Campagna 

April 15, 1945 – April 29, 2023

With sadness, we announce the passing of Giovanna on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre surrounded by her loving family.  Now reunited with her husband Gerardo and her siblings Antonio, Mario, and Domenica along with her brother-in-laws Umberto, Armando, and Andrea.  Giovanna leaves behind her children Giorgio (Lianne), Sandro (Anna), and Concettina (John).  Proud nonna to Gerry, Michael (Crystal), Nicholas (Shannon), Giovanna (Ryan), Giovanna, Pasquale, and Rosa.  Adoring bisnonna to Joseph, Joshua, Lianne.  She will be fondly remembered by her sister-in-laws Nina and Gina. 

Friends and relatives are welcomed to the Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin Street, south of Lawrence Avenue W.) on Monday, May 1, 2023 from 2 – 4 & 6 – 9 pm

Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Thomas Aquinas Church (640 Glenholme Avenue, Eglinton Avenue W., east of Dufferin Street) on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. 

Giovanna's Funeral Mass will be live streamed via St. Thomas Aquinas Church's website.

Giovanna will be laid to rest at Westminster Cemetery (5830 Bathurst Street, north of Finch Avenue W.)

In memory of Giovanna, donations may be made to either the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Sunnybrook Foundation.
