Giovanna Vendramin

September 20, 1939 – July 3, 2022

With immense sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Giovanna Vendramin on July 3, 2022 at the age of 82. She will forever be remembered by her loving husband Alberto, of 57 years, her cherished children Linda (Tony), Daniel (Arlene), and her loving granddaughters Olivia and Lillia.  Predeceased by her brothers Umberto (Armanda) and Bruno (Anita), and she leaves behind her sister Noemi (Serrano), as well as nieces, nephews, and their families.

Giovanna loved and was deeply devoted to her family.  Her granddaughters were the light of her life and brought her great joy and happiness.  Her passions were: children, animals, music, and tending to her garden and flowers.  She will forever be missed by her family and friends.

Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Thursday July 7, 2022 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Norbert’s Church (100 Regent Rd. – Ancaster Rd., north of Wilson Ave.) on Friday, July 8, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. Entombment will follow at Westminster Cemetery (5830 Bathurst St., north of Finch Ave. W.).
