December 2, 1941 – January 9, 2023

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Giuseppe on January 9, 2023, at the age of 81. Reunited in Heaven with his beloved wife Maria. Proud father of Nadia, and Rocky (Sue Desovic).

Cherished Nonno of Justin. Beloved brother of Giulia Divito, Maria Porretta and Santino. Giuseppe will be forever remembered and greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Thursday, January 12, 2023, from 3-8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, January 13, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. from St. Fidelis Church (33 Connie St., east of Keele St.).  Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery (5830 Bathurst St., north of Finch Ave. W.). If desired, floral tributes or donations in memory of Giuseppe can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Sienna for Seniors Foundation and are appreciated by his family.
