Ida Tamburrini

1926-2023

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ida at Humber River Hospital at the age of 97. Reunited in heaven  with her husband Ernesto. Cherished by her children; Enrico (Anita), Enzo (Ruth), Maria Pia (David Sleeth). Fondly remembered by her grandchildren; Robert (Tiffany), Paul (Kelsey), Danielle (Alex), Elizabeth (Akeem), Jessica (Hans), Spencer (Sophie) and great grandson Oliver. Sadly missed by her sisters; Alberta, Vincenza and her brother, Antonio. Ida will be missed by all her family and many friends. 

In lieu of flowers, donations in Ida’s memory can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

Visitation(s) will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin Street, south of Lawrence Avenue W) on Thursday, May 25, 2023 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m.  The Funeral Mass will be on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 10:00 a.m at St. Charles Borromeo Church (811 Lawrence Avenue West, at Dufferin Street). Ida will be laid to rest at Glendale Memorial Gardens (1810 Albion Road, at Highway 27).

Ida will forever be in our hearts.
