Ignazio Mercurio

December 9, 1947 - March 12, 2023

It is with profound sadness and much love, that we mourn the passing of Ignazio Mercurio on March 12, 2023 at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Michelina. Cherished father of Rosa (Rick), Maria (Pino), Alba (Mimmo), Salvatore and Nicola. Proud grandfather of Michaela, Veronica, Lia, Michele, Sofia, and Arianna.

Visitations will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin Street, south of Lawrence Avenue W.) on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 from 2 - 4p.m and 6 - 9p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Nicholas of Bari Church (1277 St. Clair Ave. W., west of Dufferin St.) on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

Following the Mass, Ignazio will be laid to rest at Queen of Heaven Cemetery (7300 Highway 27, at Highway 407).
