Obituary

MARTI, Italo
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved son, husband, father and grandfather on November 20, 2020. Beloved Son of Elena and Elio Marti. Loving wife to Rita and father to Elio(Wendy) and Melissa(Nabil Azar). Nonno to Sophia, Yasmine, Loralei, Layla and Oliver. Always remembered by his sister Rita(Emilio Carinci).
Italo was a loving father and husband, who had a fire for the Lord. He was a best friend and mentor to his children and grandchildren.
He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
Due to the latest Provincial COVID restrictions, effective Monday November 23, 2020, the maximum number of guests in the funeral home is limited to 10 people.

I am so sad to hear that Italo is gone. I had the pleasure of being part of his rock band the Christopher Davis group back in the 70’s. He was a good friend and mentor to me. The last five years we used to meet every week for lunch to discuss family and music. Will miss you bro. Sebastian Carubia

Italo was a well-known Architectural Technologist in the construction industry, who not only practiced Architecture as allowed under the Ontario Building Code but sought to improve the lot of other technologists via his volunteerism with the AATO, most recently as an Officer (Registrar). I will miss his insights and enthusiasm for the profession. Yours for forever in the AATO, Sharon.
