It is with profound sorrow we mourn the passing of Lisa from a life long battle with Crohn’s Disease on April 3, 2020 at the age of 52. Cherished daughter of Leonardo and Angela and beloved sister to Marco. She will forever be in our hearts and remembered by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and their families.

During this unprecedented situation with COVID-19, it is with very heavy hearts that our family has made the difficult decision to hold a private funeral on Thursday, April 9, 2020 with our immediate family, in honor of our dear beloved Lisa. We have chosen to do this in order to minimize the threat of spreading the coronavirus. We recognize that the health and safety of our family and friends comes first. We appreciate your love and support at this time, and we welcome your messages of condolence.

We would sincerely like to thank all doctors, nurses, and all other medical professionals for always providing compassionate and exceptional care during Lisa’s illness. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of Canada. A celebration of life will be celebrated in Lisa’s honor with all family and friends at a later date when it is safe to do so.
