Obituary for Lidia Venditti (Lattuga)
It is with profound sorrow, we mourn the passing of our beloved wife, mother and grandmother Lidia Venditti, on April 25, 2020. Beloved wife of Gianni for 50 years. Cherished and loving mother to Mena (Manny). Adored Nonna to Amanda, Nicole and Sabrina. Lidia is now reunited with her son Bernardino in heaven.
Lidia was a devoted wife and dedicated mother. Above all, she loved being a Nonna to her three beautiful granddaughters. They will always have their Nonna Lidia in their hearts and prayers.
During this unprecedented situation with COVID-19, it is with very heavy hearts that our family has made the difficult decision to hold a private funeral with our immediate family, in honor of our dear wife, mother and grandmother, Lidia Venditti. We have chosen to do this in order to minimize the threat of spreading the coronavirus. Ultimately, we recognize that the health and safety of our family and friends comes first. We appreciate your love and support at this time, and we welcome your messages of condolence.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to either the SickKids Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Lidia.
A tribute and celebration of Lidia’s life will be held at a later date.
