Peace to you all! I would like to offer you my condolences for the loss of such a great mom! I wanted to share with you that your mom and dad were in the same community at st Norbert's as I was more than 22 years ago. That's where we met, in the Neocatechumenal Way. We became good friends, even though I was a teenager and later young adult and she was way older. She would talk to me and give me advise when I was dating my now husband. She helped me a lot to prepare for my wedding and was so generous. I still have, 22 years later, the plate set your mom and dad gave us. I had to move to away after I got married and am still far, but we'd talk sometimes. With the years, we lost touch but I'd still see her when I visited my family. I'd see her at church. Your mom shared with me her difficulties with having children and these consoled me when I went through the same thing. I called her when Sabatino passed away and she couldn't remember me until I said to her that I had moved to Montreal... Then she seemed to remember me. It didn't matter if she did or not, I just wanted to give her a bit of courage and consolation. Now I would like to offer the same to you. Your parents are now reaping the rewards of a life filled with the love of God. It was not an easy life, but they both loved, they both persevered, they both hoped and fought hard to do God's will. So now they rest in peace and joy for eternity! They are forever in happiness! So Courage to you both, her daughters and her family. Peace!
