ZAMBRANO, Maria (nee Marchese)
It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Maria Zambrano (nee Marchese) peacefully at home with family by her side on April 15, 2021 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Filippo Zambrano. She was a caring sister, devoted mother to her 3 children, and much loved Nonna to her 7 grandchildren. She had a love for gardening, cooking and her favourite times were when her entire family was together. Her bright smile and kind heart will live on in our family forever.
Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin St., Toronto, south of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Saturday, April 17, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Due to COVID-19, all events are restricted to a specified number of attendees. Visitors are asked to arrive on time or to remain in their vehicles until their allotted time and are required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing. Attendees will need to reserve a time slot for visitation.
