Mario passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at home on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at the age of 79.
He is survived by his loving wife Maria Faraone (nee Malatesta], his grateful children Gabriele (Sandi) and Sandra (Brian), and his 3 granddaughters Eleanor, Victoria and Gabriella who adored their nonno. His sister Agnese sent him off to be with his parents, Gabriele and Maddalena, and 6 brothers: Pietro, Giovanni, Carmine, Salvatore, Giuseppe and Pasquale.
Proudly born in Baia e Latina, Caserta, Italy, Mario came to Canada in 1963 where he met and married his devoted Maria, and in his humble words would eventually, “fulfil all the dreams he wished for.”
A respected member of the community for over 50 years, Mario helped countless people with their development and design needs. He was a generous, gentle man who reminded us often, “Life is beautiful.”
