September 29, 1932 – February 17, 2023
With sadness, we announce the passing of Teresa on February 17, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Teresa is now reunited in heaven with her late husband Jose (2000), and her son Nelson (2022).
Beloved mother of Rita (Jack), Celeste (John), and Fatima (Fernando). Cherished grandmother to Sandy, Bryan, Derek, Leandro, Jonathan, Christopher, Jessica, Ryan, Evan, Tailor, Jennifer, Cristian, Jonny, Jessica, and Daniel. Proud Great Grandmother to Mitchell, Marcelo, Kyle, Maya, Tatiana, Leonardo, Victoria, Cameran, Maysa, Lucas, Gabriel, Marcus, Mathew, Harlic, Helle, Ella, Mia, and Milo.
Teresa will forever be held dear in the hearts and memories of her many family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin Street, south of Lawrence Avenue W.) on Monday, February 20, 2023 from 2 - 4 & 5 - 8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be celebrated Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 12:00 noon in Bernardo Funeral Home. Following the service, Teresa will be laid to rest at Prospect Cemetery (1450 St. Clair Avenue West, east of Caledonia Road).
