Obituary for Tonino Moretti

MORETTI, Tonino

God called Tonino to heaven on October 31, 2020 at the age of 92. Tonino was born on January 30th, 1928 in Fossacesia, Chieti, Italy. Tonino leaves behind his loving wife Giuseppina. Cherished by his daughter Rosaria(Paul). Proud nonno of William and Zoe. Tonino will be missed by his nieces Rosanna (Tony), Patricia (Jesse) and nephew Agostino (Rosie). Tonino also leaves behind his loving brother Giovanni (Ada, pre-deceased). Tonino will be missed by his cousins, nephews, nieces and many friends. Our gratitude to Monir Khan and the Healthcare workers in the ICU team at St. Michael's Hospital for all their care and support. Tonino was an enthusiast of Italian opera, enjoyed watching wildlife and travel documentaries and loved to play cards with his grandchildren. He spent numerous years tinkering in his garage, tending to his garden and making homemade wine of which he proudly shared with his guests.
