Dad was a great storyteller and told us about his life often.
Below is the story he wrote for his grandchildren at the age of 93. We left it with any grammatical imperfections as this is how he wrote it at age 93.

Ho lasciato l'Italia, mia moglie e tre figli nell'anno 1958. Ho lavorato fino all 'età di 83 anni, sempre come operaio.
Adesso sto in pensione e conduce una buona vita."

Arcangelo was married for 67 years to his beloved wife Olmitella (Lipsi). He is survived by his 4 children, 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren and his memory lives on in the hearts of everyone who loved him.

What a beautiful memory of Zio Arcangelo telling his own story of his life! It’s priceless and precious. I can hear him taking, describing his life so wonderfully! Zio was always so good to me and I have so many great memories of him, visiting his house or him visiting my house, plus all the nice telephone chats. I loved him dearly. My deepest condolences to Zia Olmina, Patsy, Marianne, Tony, Rita and families. With much love, nipote e cugina, Anna Pizzitelli
